Because the spirit of excellence permeates
every aspect of its vision, because it accompanies it in its proactivity and
drives the accomplishment of its mission, the ARVEA Nature brand is raising the
bar even higher and celebrating the excellence of its Ivorian, Algerian and
Tunisian partners through exceptional trips.
Excellence Camp for Top Ivorian Managers in
Tunisia
Following a challenge launched during the last
4 months of 2023, the brand offered a VIP trip to Tunisia for the top 10
managers of the Ivorian market, winners of this challenge.
As soon as they arrived in Tunis and after
settling in at the Laico Hotel, one of the best Corporate hotels in the city,
an opening ceremony was organized at the ARVEA Nature Tunis agency, in honor of
this remarkable visit.
Walking through the entrance of the agency,
carefully lined with the flags of all the countries belonging to the UEMOI
zone, the Ivorian delegation was welcomed by Mr. Sadok LARIBI, founder of the
brand, accompanied by ARVEA administration officials and a handful of Tunisian
top managers.
In the evening, the guests were invited to a
dinner at the Dar El Jeld restaurant, an opportunity to discover the Medina and
Tunisian culinary traditions.
The next day, the managers returned to the
ARVEA Nature Tunis agency where they joined the premises of the Consulting and
Training Firm, MLM Academy, a subsidiary of the ARVEA group, to attend a
training course on "Digital Marketing applied to MLM", given by Mr.
Aziz Ben Hamida, ARVEA Nature's Skills Development Director.
The training aimed to identify how to
undertake to improve the use of social media and other digital marketing levers
in order to have better visibility and generate a better impact vis-à-vis
prospects.
At lunchtime, the managers were invited to the
Le Rocher de Gammarth restaurant before continuing with a guided tourist visit
of the ruins of Carthage, Sidi Boussaid and the café des Délices Sidi Chabaane.
The next day, the guests took the road to
Bouargoub (Nabeul Governorate) and visited the Dar Selma Guest House where they
had a training course focused on "NOVA Profiling for MLM" given by
Mrs. Myriam AMMAR, ARVEA Nature Expert and Consultant.
The training emphasized the importance of NOVA
Profiling as an evaluation tool to determine a person's psychological type and
used to improve productivity, teamwork and communication.
In addition, each Ivorian partner had the
privilege of benefiting from an official NOVA diagnosis (issued by the Canadian
international certifying body).
The participants then attended the 2nd part of
the "Digital Marketing applied to MLM" training, which began the day
before.
In order to combine business with pleasure and
enjoy the countryside setting, a rich barbecue was organized in honor of the
Ivorian managers, before returning to Nabeul and settling in at the Khayam
Garden Beach Resort and Spa hotel, one of the most charming seaside resorts on
the Nabeul coast.
For the last operational day, the brand
offered its guests an exclusive visit to its logistics center, the largest in
the MLM sector in Africa and the Middle East, and to its ARVEA Nabeul
headquarters, where the Ivorian delegation was able to discover the brand's
central administration and visit the premises.
In the middle of the morning, the Ivorian
managers were entitled to the continuation and end of the "Digital
Marketing applied to MLM" training in the main training room of the ARVEA
Nabeul headquarters.
At the closing ceremony and before each
participant received their certificate of participation in the Camp of
Excellence, the Ivorian partners wished to thank the entire ARVEA Nature
Tunisia administration for the warm welcome, for the magnificent organization
of the stay and the valuable training they received.
They also expressed their unconditional
belonging to this authentic large family and their confidence in the profession
and its prospects for success.
For his part, Mr. Sadok Laribi took the
opportunity to thank the Ivorian managers for their perseverance, trust and
loyalty, the ARVEA Nature Tunisia administration for its mobilization for the
smooth running of this stay and the trainers for the added value they were able
to bring to this Camp.
Taking advantage of the last afternoon, the
guests visited the Medina of Hammamet before sitting down at the inevitable
Barbarous restaurant.
Thus ended the first ARVEA Excellence Camp
2024 held in Tunisia in honor of the top Ivorian managers.
It was a great opportunity to discover our
country under its best auspices and an opportunity to strengthen the cohesion
of ARVEA teams, all markets combined, for a better level of performance and collaboration.
