We are pleased to inform our honorable colleagues that ARVEA Nature has just consolidated its ISO 9001 version 2015 certificate.
Indeed, our Quality Management System (SMQ) was again deemed to comply with the requirements of the International Standard ISO-9001:2015, and this, during a followup audit N°1 carried out by the certification body BUREAU VERITAS.
This quality management system covers the two main activities of ARVEA Nature, namely the design and direct sale of natural cosmetics, makeup, perfumes and food supplements and the fulfillment of the requirements of the various interested parties, mainly independent distributors (Advisors).
The consolidation of the certification of this system by a specialized body such as VERITAS demonstrates ARVEA Nature's unequivocal commitment to implement a rigorous quality management system, develop its reputation and provide its customers with authentic and satisfactory products and services.
As such, the brand maintains a managerial approach that supports its mission and vision and reinforces its commitment to meet all the requirements applicable to its services and in its various fields of activity, namely the entire supply chain, culture and practice of continuous improvement at all levels.
Since its creation in 2013, ARVEA Nature has always put people at the heart of its priorities.
Offering its independent distributors the keys to success, the best quality of products and adequate support for continuing training was its major ambition.
