As usual, the founder of the ARVEA Group, Mr. Sadok LARIBI, gave a speech on the occasion of the new year when he displayed the achievements of the past year and revealed an action plan defining the new objectives of the new year 2022.

At the beginning of his speech, Mr. LARIBI expressed his immense joy and pride in the very notable achievements of 2021, through a brief assessment of its most important milestones:

- ARVEA Nature has maintained its position as Leader by achieving the highest turnover in the history of MLM (Multi Level Marketing) in Tunisia.

The same scenario in Algeria where ARVEA has also produced the largest MLM CA since the MLM was introduced into the Algerian market.

- a multitude of ARVEA products have been voted “Best Product of the Year 2021”, with a particular distinction to this same edition, granting ARVEA the precious title of “Elected Best Customer Service”.

- installation of the largest logistics center in the field of MLM, in Africa and the Middle East.

- ARVEA Nature has returned to group events after a long break caused by the COVID19 pandemic. In this sense, she organized the “ARVEA Beach event” where the emotions of reunion and promises for new ambitions were mingled.

- 2021 was also the year of innovation and creation where ARVEA Nature created a new concept, the “ARVEA Building days” where active listening sessions, based on collective intelligence, were made 

available to the best distributors, both in Tunisia and in Algeria, in order to mutually address potential business issues, listen to the different points of view of stakeholders and involve them in the strategic 

decision-making of the company.

- the presentation of the 2nd BMW at a large-scale ceremony.

- after 2 years of arrest, ARVEA Nature managed to organize its unmissable manager recognition evening and the evening of celebration of its 8th anniversary where it invited the star of the Arabic song, Saber Rebai, who enthralled the guests and made this evening a memorable event.

- ARVEA Nature organized the “ARVEA Starting event” in Algeria, in the presence of all Algerian managers to mark a new start and give a new breath of life to their motivation.

- we were honored by the visit of some of our managers on the program “Injah fi hyatek” with Hamza 

BELLOUMI, a reference in the media world specialized in the revelation of outstanding Success Stories inthe company. This has undoubtedly shown that MLM is becoming increasingly popular in Tunisia and that those who succeed in this profession are now considered as high-tech success models.

- ARVEA Nature considers itself a pioneer of the MLM profession in Tunisia and ensures to mentor and accompany all those who aspire to change, improvement and social recognition.

Then, the founder followed up with ARVEA Nature’s action plan in 2022 where he cited the goals, events and promises of the new year.

- the beginning of 2022 was marked by the advent of the ARVEA Academy program sessions, which proved to live up to the expectations of the Tunisian partners. The mutual satisfaction of the 

participants on the one hand and of the training framework on the other hand only demonstrated the potential of this program, considered to be forward-thinking at African and Arab level.

Algerian partners will have the same privilege as their Tunisian counterparts since all sessions will be resumed from March in Algeria. In fact, the registration process has started and all the necessary 

information will be sent to them by email or through the FB page of ARVEA Algeria.

- in March 2022, a recognition ceremony will be organized in its first edition in Algeria.

The first anniversary of ARVEA Algeria will also be celebrated at a large-scale ceremony, reflecting the company's performance and high ambitions.

- the compensation plan will be even more successful and the sellers will have more benefits as a result of some upgrades to the compensation plan. All new features will be transmitted through the ARVEA 

software.

- the challenge component will also be completed after stagnation caused by the health crisis. Indeed, in 2022, ARVEA Nature will strive to realize all the journeys won and left waiting and will continue on the same path for the new challenges.

The beginning will be in early February with the trip to Dubai.

Other respective destinations for other challenges will also be planned, such as the ‘Mega Big Trip’ to Bali-Turkey and the ‘Dream Big Trip’ to Turkey.

These will include national challenges, which will be communicated in due course.

Mr. Sadok LARIBI concluded by thanking all the partners for believing in this project and adopting the culture of excellence.

He added that work always pays, that success depends only on oneself and that you will have to distinguish yourself to succeed in the MLM trade.

Finally, he highlighted the crucial contribution of the ARVEA Academy program to the personal and collective support of learners aspiring to excellence and change.
