The 1st edition of the ARVEA Academy Awards was held on March 4, 2023 at Hotel Khayam Garden Beach Resort and Spa Nabeul.

This is a training program, the result of an ambitious partnership between the two most important brands in the ARVEA group: ARVEA Nature and MLM Academy.

ARVEA Nature is the leading Tunisian and Arab direct sales brand and the #1 leader in direct sales in Tunisia and Algeria, specializing in the sale of natural cosmetic products, makeup, perfumes and food 

supplements.

MLM Academy is a training and consulting firm specializing in human capital development and business support to create the best conditions for change.

Taking advantage of the expertise of MLM Academy and offering unconditional support exclusively dedicated to the ARVEA Nature partners, the pathway offers a program developed by a specialized 

scientific committee, offering learners an innovative and thoughtful project, the best in Africa and the Arab world.

Three certifying modules form part of it and are developed taking into account the real working conditions of the partners and the concerns they encounter in the business in general: the START module, the FOCUS MANAGER module and the FOCUS TRAINER module.

The choice of the module is left to the learner’s own discretion, which explains the breakdown of the winners according to the chosen path:

- 15 certified of the 1st module.

- 02 certified of the first 2 modules.

- 52 certified complete course (3 modules).

Founder Sadok LARIBI took the opportunity to thank all those who believed in this project and had the courage to embark on this unprecedented adventure. Their courage was based on their complete 

confidence in the brand, its values and its visions.

He then congratulated all the laureates honored, stating that merit remained worthy of esteem regardless of the number of modules completed.

The learners, on the other hand, wanted to express their complete support for the efficiency of the training content and their wonder at the depth of the human experience they had experienced 

throughout the course.

Five expert trainers then followed one another to talk about their respective experiences.

Here are some excerpts.

Aziz BEN HAMIDA, Leadership Expert Coach:

“I had an amazing year where emotions and learning were always mixed up. Sharing our experiences and knowledge, taking part in the development of leadership skills and teaching sensitivity to the love of work have brought me closer to the human than ever before. I came with a mission to train learners, and against all odds, I am the one who is changed and filled with pride.”

Hanen BEN TILI, expert in skills development and theater coaching:

“To overcome childhood remnants that are not necessarily joyful, like many of us I imagine, I had to acquire tools that allowed me to regain respect, self-confidence, learning, authenticity and effectiveness. Thus were born my early interests for personal development and the LNP in general.

Now it’s time to share all the support and knowledge I’ve been given to help those who have not been able to stand on their own two feet to achieve their personal and professional lives.”

Hanen HORCHANI, certified personal and professional coach:

“Episodes of laughter and crying, psychic and bodily energies have become entangled in our encounters. It was mostly humility and love that allowed us to touch the depths of our senses. I always say that beyond the will, it is out of love that we make efforts to achieve common goals.”

Myriam AMMAR, Collective Development Consultant and CEO of MLM Academy:

“I have long dreamed of human values in their noblest sense, and I never thought I could share them and imbue myself with them with as much depth. All this could not become real without the mutual trust that binds all the stakeholders of this beautiful project: ARVEA Academy. Such a valiant trust that she made my passion my profession.

In the melee of all these beautiful perspectives, I made it my mission to present the notion of proactivity, this principle inherent in human nature, considered as the first step towards self-control, maturity and success.

Through my workshops, we were able to reach the pinnacle of determinism, power and human reflection. 

Such powers could not emerge without the disruption of the sensitivity and fragility of the learners.

Following all these intense revelations, the founder of the ARVEA group, very proud and very moved of everything that has been achieved in the framework of the first edition of the ARVEA Academy, added:

“I couldn’t hold back my laughter as much as my tears in the face of all these emotions. In fact, these are emotions that I predicted, given the sincerity and generosity shown to learners and experts.

As for the workshops that I developed, I chose to explain the concept of MLM and to be closer to the technicality of the profession. How to manage yourself and your teams is a key part of such a business 

model. I have therefore tried to make it easier and simpler for learners to understand MLM knowledge and know-how so that they can acquire the skills and keys that are appropriate for their success in networking.”

Continuing on from his earlier point, the founder later referred to the notion of self-confidence and confidence in others, thereby assuming that one must embody success in order to succeed

It also showed how powerful the habits and rituals that control humans are, and how, despite their usefulness for survival, they often must be overridden in order to be realized.

In closing, and following the success of this first edition of the ARVEA Academy, the focus has been on the future of this valuable opportunity.

Adapting content to the needs of the vagaries of the direct selling business was then presented as the first challenge of the new 2023/24 concept. For this purpose, mini-courses and new modules were presented, in addition to the possibility of having à la carte training that goes hand in hand with the aspirations of the learners.

All stakeholders in this project have promised to grow it at the speed of the trust that unites them. 

Moreover, they said that the effective success of the program remains dependent on learners’ commitment, concentration and the value they will add to the training.

This highlights the importance of investing in personal and collective training, a prerequisite for successful networker journeys.
