Exfoliating and scrubbing: Apply black soap in a semi-thick layer to damp skin, emulsifying all over the body and face, and taking care to avoid the eyes.

Shower gel: Dilute 2 tablespoons of black soap in a bowl of warm water. Apply the resulting mixture to the body as you would a conventional shower gel. Rinse by rubbing the skin with a horsehair glove.
